Self-leadership training.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) „cold-call“ training builds team members' inner capacity to respond to obstacles and helps them overcome hesitation, fear and discomfort, release inner tension and make their calls more effective. As a result of the training, participants gain the best self-leadership models at their disposal.
But what exactly is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming can be called an applied-psychology method that uses various techniques (e.g. anchoring, framing, future projection, etc.) to help a person quickly change negative beliefs and reaction patterns.
NLP deals with studying the connections between behavior, thinking and language.
The aim of applying NLP is rapid, practical and positive change in a person's thinking, behavior and communication.
